Focus group of 21ème Vinitiques

For many years, consumers relied on professional critics and reviews when choosing their wine. With the rise of Web 2.0 and new technologies, consumers have access to more information and more diversified opinions about wine. Vivino or Wine Searcher are examples of digital platforms that allow consumers not only to access information about wine, but also to share their opinion with others.


In this focus group, we discussed how digital transformation and the rise of new digital tools and technologies influence the wine industry.
