Brand Storytelling on Social Media

It is a huge pleasure to be speaker at the largest social media conference in Switzerland on Thursday, 04.11.2021 (https://www.webstage-masters.ch).



The digitalization has fundamentally changed brand and marketing communication. With the rise of social media, companies give partial control away about when, how, where, and what is communicated about their brands. As such, consumers take a more active role in marketing communication. Unsurprisingly, there exists many different types of marketing content on social media (i.e. earned, owned, paid) and their lines are blurring. Consequentially, it becomes increasingly difficult for companies to tell comprehensive stories about their brands on social media.
